This very attractive bed has a delightful crest as the central upstand on the head and foot. Nicely shaped clamps and castings all in good detail. Brass has been replaced and antiqued to tone with the bed. Fully restored to be sturdy, practical and beautiful. Whole frame cleaned and tested for durability. Shot blasted and primed prior to hand paint finish in Little Greene’s Basalt Blue. All joints checked for secure fit. Suitable for standard King Size mattress 5’ x 6’6” / 150cm x 200cm Price includes wood slats (sorry not mattress). As an alternative to the wood slats we can supply mini box bases for superior mattress support and to raise the get into bed height. The bed is photographed on 2” base with two of our single Bordeaux mattresses, zip and linked together.
