The auction will take place at Bedsteads workshop/store At Chelvey Court Barn, Chelvey Rd Backwell, Bristol BS48 4AA Viewing will be 10-5pm on Friday 3rd Sept, Saturday 4th and Monday 6th.

Mark and Nikki Ashton and their team of skilled craftsmen have been sourcing restoring and recreating antique beds and bedroom furniture for 25 years conserving beautiful pieces of history and making heirlooms for the future.

Their unique pieces have been sourced from all over the UK, France, Spain and Portugal so there is a vast array from simple all iron to opulent brass, beautiful fruitwood and upholstered beds.

There will be an assortment of restored as well as pre restored pieces so it will be an exciting opportunity to acquire yourself a treasure at a knock down price!

They are clearing some space at their medieval barn workshop to make room for a wider range of antiques and other furnishings so the auction is by no means the end.

They are also expanding their restoration, conservation and repair services along with bespoke furniture making; so if you need a piece restoring that you buy at the auction they will be on hand to give a quote.

If you need something copying, designing or making in iron, brass or wood they have the skills.
