Very attractive French upholstered naturally aged gilded paint Empire style double bed with fluted columns and acanthus leaf detail carvings and knobs. The frame has been cleaned and axed to preserve the patina . Newly upholstered with natural cotton with double piping edge. Bolts and joints all checked and in good order. Suitable for double mattress 13cm x 190cm/ 4’6” x 6’3” Price includes pine slats (sorry not mattress) As an alternative to the wood slats we can supply 2” mini box base with platform top for superior mattress support and to raise the get in to bed height.
