Almost super king size Louis XVI style mahogany and fruit wood bed with matching bedsides. Very good quality parquetry and ormalu garland and egg and dart decoration. Ormalu ring and feet on bed and bedsides.Marble tops to bedsides with one marble lined cupboard. The whole ensemble has been cleaned and waxed to preserve the lovely naturally aged patina. Side rails extended to suit modern length mattress. Suitable for 170cm x 200cm ( we can supply mattresses at at this size from £550-£1075). Price includes wood slats (sorry not mattress) Alternatively we can supply mini box bases for superior mattress support or to raise get into bed height either 2" deep with a platform top(price £295) or 4" deep with a sprung top (price £350)We can also supply hand made mattresses in all comfort choices.
