A lovely French double bed with really attractive castings and clamps, these are in very good detail and condition and both the castings and clamps have a lovely spiral design. The castings have a pretty brass cap and ball, further adding to this beds charm. Professionally restored with all joints checked for a solid and secure fit. The siderails have been adapted to be able to take slats or a bed base. Whole frame shot blasted and primed prior to hand pant finish in Little Greene’s Jack Black colour, gently dark waxed and buffed well to protect and give a gentle shine.
