Beautiful mahogany king size Lit Bateau with brass stringing inlay. Lovely shape with scroll ends with stringing retail mirrored in foot detail below. The bed has been sympathetically cleaned and waxed to preserve the patina. Possibly historically extended to king size as most of these beds were the small double size. All very solid. All original bolts checked for good fit. A very handsome centre piece.
