This very attractive bed has a delightful brass crest as the central upstand on the head and foot, shell like shaping secured by a brass ball. Nicely shaped clamps and castings all in good detail. Fully restored to be sturdy, practical and beautiful. Whole frame cleaned and tested for durability. Shot blasted and primed prior to hand paint finish in Little Greene’s Three Farm Green. All joints checked for secure fit. Suitable for standard King Size mattress 5’ x 6’6” / 150cm x 200cm Price includes wood slats (sorry not mattress). As an alternative to the wood slats we can supply mini box bases for superior mattress support and to raise the get into bed height. The bed is photographed on 2” base with our Montpellier mattresses. We can supply hand-made mattresses in all comfort choices, and also with zip and link connections.
