Lovely and Light French Iron Double

Simply pleasing French all iron double no end bed with light appearance and sturdy construction. Really nice individual detail in the decorative Fleur De Lis casting. This bed has been sympathetically adapted and restored with side rails extended and fashioned to support wood slats and modern double size mattress 135cm x 195cm / 4'6" x 6'3". The aged iron has been shot blasted and primed prior to hand finish with Little Greene paint company Jet Black and waxed to preserve. Price includes wood slats (sorry not mattress) As an alternative to the wood slats we can supply a 2" deep upholstered mini box base (Slat base used for photographs). We can also supply hand-made mattresses in all comfort choices. Please ask for details or look at mattress section of our own web site.
