Lovely early all iron three hoop double size no end bed suitable for standard double size 135cm x 190cm mattress. Nice shape and good detail in decorative castings.The frame has been carefully restored with joints checked and side rails adapted to form low end and support wood slats. The frame which has evidence of natural ageing has been shot blasted prior to hand finish in mottled colour and waxed to preserve, Price includes wood slats (sorry not mattress) As an alternative to the wood slats we can supply a 2" deep upholstered mini box base for £225. (used in photograph) We can also supply hand made mattresses in all comfort choices from £250-£750. Please ask for details or look at mattress section of our own web site. We do have many beds awaiting restoration if you are looking for a particular style and can send images if requested. We have our own workshops located along side our showroom in a beautiful medieval barn seven miles south of Bristol. Workshop/store open Monday to Friday 9am-5pm. Saturday 10am-2pm Sundays by appointment.
