Professionally restored with side rails lengthened, strengthened and adapted to support wood slat base for modern king size mattress. Floral detail within decorative castings, highlighted by the specialist hand paint finish, reminiscent of stratus cloud formations, created by using Little Green Salix, with Little Green Mid Lead wash, with a grey wax finish. Iron frame has been shot blasted and primed prior to finish. All original brass naturally aged and lightly cleaned.
