Pretty Pair of Victorian Iron No End Single Beds (Can be Joined)

A charming pair of beds, perfect for children’s, spare or guest rooms. Can be joined to make an occasional super-king-sized bed. We can supply Zip and Link mattresses for this purpose. Very nice shaping in the panels, with a lovely floral central casting and further foliate or leaf like castings. All in good condition. Fully restored to be sturdy, practical and beautiful. Whole frame cleaned and tested for durability. Shot blasted and primed prior to hand paint finish in Atelier Ellis’ Fallen Plumb, very lightly distressed, waxed over to protect and give a soft sheen. All joints checked for secure fit. Suitable for standard single size mattress 3’ x 6’3” / 90cm x 190cm. Zip and link available. Price includes wood slats (sorry not mattress or curtains). As an alternative to the wood slats, we can supply mini box bases for superior mattress support and to raise the get into bed height. The bed is photographed on a slats with our Bordeaux mattresses.
