Level simple details in the castings with brass Edwardian caps and dipped rail which gives a lovely softness to the design.Sympathetically restored with rails extended to support modern super king size mattress 180cm x 200cm. Side rails adapted to support wood slats. Frame shot blasted and primed prior to hand finish in traditional black. Extra central support rail with leg added for additional support for heavy modern mattress,. Brass lightly cleaned to preserve natural aged colour. Price includes wood slats (sorry not mattress) Photo on slats with 25cm depth mattress. As an alternative to the wood slats we can supply a 2" deep upholstered mini box base.
