Splendidly Subtle Louis XV Style Super King

This lovely Louis XV style bed offers the luxurious space of a super king bed, without being too imposing in the room. This bed has been newly upholstered with double piping edge in a cotton and flax blend linen in a lovely mushroomy, softly muted earthy, mauve tone – do see the pictures. The frame has lovely rocaille carvings typical of Louis XV style beds on the head, foot and feet. The siderails have been sympathetically strengthened and lengthened to take a modern super king-sized mattress 180cm x 200cm. Price includes wood slats (sorry not mattress). As an alternative to the wood slats we can supply mini box bases for superior mattress support and to raise the get into bed height. The bed is photographed on slats.
