Very handsome King size French simple Empire style bed with dark oak frame. Simple, attractive, carving and bed knobs at corners. The frame has been stripped, cleaned and waxed to preserve. Newly upholstered in natural linen with double piping edge. Original side rails have been checked for good fit and adapted to support modern length king size mattress 150cm x 200cm or could fit European 160cm x 200cm on top of the rails. Price includes pine wood slats (sorry not mattresses) As an alternative to the wood slats we can supply mini box bases. These raise the get into bed height and offer a superior support for quality mattresses. Price each £225 for 5cm depth We can also supply hand made mattresses in all comfort choices..
