Very Nice Irish Double No End with Brass Disk

A lovely example of Irish beds of this style. Very nice shaping in the reed strip which supports the central cross shaped casting. Original antique brass disk and ball has been cleaned and highlighted. Nicely curved corners and attractive clamps. Whole frame shot blasted and primed prior to hand pant finish in Little Greene’s Obsidian Green colour, waxed and buffed well to protect and shine. Suitable for standard double size mattress 4’6” x 6’3” / 135cm x 190cm Price includes wood slats (sorry not mattress). As an alternative to the wood slats we can supply mini box bases for superior mattress support and to raise the get into bed height. The bed is photographed on slats with one of our Bordeaux mattresses. We can also supply hand-made mattresses in all comfort choices.
