Very Nice Victorian No End Small Double

This very nice bed has a lovely and light feel to it, whilst still being incredibly sturdy in its construction. Antiqued brass and original brass ball. Smaller double beds, or queen size beds, as they can sometimes be called, can be a fabulous choice for smaller rooms such as attic rooms, or indeed a lucky teenager moving up to a bigger bed. Lovely detail in the decorative castings and clamps. And a particularly unique and attractive central upstand. Professionally restored to be sturdy and practical, the frame has been shot blasted, primed and hand painted with Little Greene’s Pearl Colour, waxed to preserve. The side rails have been strengthened and adapted to support wood slats or a bed base. Suitable for mattress size 120cm x 190cm / 4’ x 6’3” Price includes wood slats (Sorry not mattress). As an alternative to the wood slats we can supply a 2” or 4” deep upholstered bed base – Bed photographed on slats. We can also supply hand-made mattresses in all comfort choices.
