Very pretty forged iron Portuguese king size low-end bedstead with lovely wire trellis detail. A foliate central cast detail is featured with floral bouquets on either side. Pretty scrolled iron curves create an airy and lightweight feel, whilst maintaining a strong and sturdy construction. Sympathetically restored with rails extended to suit modern king size mattress 150cm x 200cm. The frame has been shot blasted and primed prior to hand paint finish in beautiful Farrow and Ball Paint company ‘Green Blue No.84’ and waxed to preserve. Price includes wood slats (sorry not mattress) We can also supply mini box bases 2" with platform top or 4" with springs for better mattress support and get into bed height. We can also supply hand-made mattresses in all comfort choices. National and international delivery can be arranged. Please send post code/address if quote required.
