A Gorgeous double bed from the Victorian Era, with lots of lovely and unique details. The foot end has fabulous iron work shaping which supports the incredibly charming central bow shaped casting with brass front. This is flanked by two mother-of-pearl pillars, all in good condition and detail. We have polished the original brass to a nice shine to match the gloss powder coat finish on the bed. Fully restored to be sturdy, practical and beautiful. Whole frame cleaned, restored and tested for durability. All joints checked for secure fit. Shot blasted and primed prior being powder coated in True Black gloss. All of our beds can be re-finished or hand painted in any colour of your choosing. As an alternative to the wood slats, we can supply platform and sprung bed bases for superior mattress support and to raise the get into bed height.
