Very rare and pretty early Victorian king size bed in soft green with lovely design and central cast decoration. Gorgeous porcelain knobs with brass supports. The brass supports have have been sympathetically cleaned to maintain patina and frame has been shot blasted and strikingly hand finished in aged Little green paint company Pleat paint over. Rails have been lengthened, strengthened and adapted to support wood slats to take modern king size mattress 150cm x 200cm/5' x 6'6" Price includes wood slats (sorry not mattress) Alternatively we can supply mini box bases 2" with platform top for superior mattress support, as used for picture.
